Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the

Show Horse Council of Queensland Inc

Will be held

at

Beenleigh Bowls Club

7.30pm Tuesday 9^th March 2010

ELECTIONS

The Committee is made up of 12 dedicated persons who strive to provide members

with Grand National qualifying opportunites. 

The Committee is elected by the members for a two year term

and every year 6 positions are available for nominations.  

SHCQ have received 9 nominations for the 2010 Management Committee.

Ballot papers have been sent to members - if you have not received your Ballot

You must be18 years and over and a current member of SHCQ to vote. 

Ballots must be returned to
The Returning Officer by close of business 19th February 2010.
